A shop floor is the hardest residential-adjacent environment we coat: hot tires all day, oil and coolant drips, brake cleaner, dropped tools, floor jacks and two-post lifts. Bare concrete absorbs it all and looks like it. A quartz or double-broadcast flake polyaspartic system with a chemical-resistant topcoat turns the bay into a surface you can squeegee clean at close, and a solid-color showroom floor in a light gray makes every vehicle on it look better under the lights.

We coordinate lift-post footprints, drain slopes and wash-bay coving with your shop manager, and we install Friday night through Sunday so bays are back in service Monday morning.

Why facilities choose it

Hot-tire proof

Polyaspartic doesn't soften and lift under hot tires the way epoxy does.

Chemical resistant

Motor oil, coolant, brake cleaner and gear oil wipe up without staining.

Lift-rated systems

Quartz and heavy flake under lift points; footprints left bare where anchoring requires.

Squeegee-clean bays

Seamless floors sloped to drains, with cove base in wash bays.

Showroom finish

Light solid colors or metallics that make inventory pop.

Weekend install

Friday close to Monday open.

Our process

How the install goes

Every SwiftHand floor follows the same sequence. Skipping a step is how coatings fail, so we don't.

Site walk & scope

We measure, moisture-test, check drains and joints, and confirm your downtime window. You get a written scope and price.

Schedule around you

Nights, weekends, holidays or phased areas so operations keep running.

Diamond grinding

Dust-controlled grinding removes old coatings and profiles the slab.

Repair & joints

Cracks, spalls and joints filled with polyurea; cove base installed where specified.

System install

Base coat, broadcast (quartz, flake, solid) and topcoat with the anti-slip level your space needs.

Back in service

Foot traffic in hours, rolling loads in 24–48 hours. Striping and logos on request.

FAQ

Questions we get about auto shop & dealership floor coatings

Can you coat around lifts and in-ground equipment?

Yes. We coat up to lift posts and leave anchor footprints bare where the manufacturer requires, or coat under surface-mount lifts before they're set.

Will brake cleaner or solvents damage it?

Polyaspartic and quartz systems resist common shop chemicals. Prolonged pooling of harsh solvents should still be wiped up — same as any floor.

How fast can bays reopen?

Foot traffic in hours, vehicles in about 24 hours. We phase bays so you're never fully down.

Do you do showrooms too?

Yes — solid-color, metallic and polished options that photograph well and hold up to foot traffic and rolling inventory.
