Industrial floors fail at the joints and under the wheels. Forklift traffic chews unsealed control joints into trenches, dust from bare concrete fouls product and equipment, and spilled hydraulic fluid stains everything. A properly specified floor — ground, joints filled with semi-rigid polyurea, a 100%-solids epoxy or polyaspartic body coat and a chemical-resistant top — ends all of that and makes the floor bright enough to cut lighting costs.

We work nights, weekends and in phases so you don't shut down. Polyaspartic systems return to forklift traffic in about 24 hours; polished concrete is a no-coating alternative for large slabs that don't see chemicals. Safety striping, dock-area color coding and logos go in between coats.

Our process

How the install goes

Pricing

What it costs

Warehouse floors price by square footage and system — solid-color polyaspartic or epoxy typically $3–$6 per square foot at scale, quartz and heavy-duty systems more, polished concrete $3–$6. Joint repair and old-coating removal are scoped separately. Request a site walk for a written number.

Financing: 0% APR for up to 12 months and $0 down through Wisetack on approved credit — a $3,000 floor is $250 a month, interest-free. Financing details.

FAQ

Questions we get about warehouse & industrial floor coatings

How long is the floor out of service?

Polyaspartic systems take foot traffic in a few hours and forklifts in about 24 hours. We phase large floors by aisle or zone so you never lose the whole building.

Can you coat a floor that already has an old coating?

Yes. We grind off failed epoxy, paint and sealers before installing the new system; removal is part of the scope.

Do you do line striping?

Yes — aisle lines, pedestrian walkways, dock zones and hazard marking in durable coating, not tape.

Which is better for a warehouse: coating or polished concrete?

Polished is cheaper to maintain and ideal where there are no chemical spills. Coatings are the answer around chemicals, wet processes or damaged slabs. We'll walk it and recommend one.
