Gym floors get sweat, dropped bars, dragged sleds and daily sanitizer. Bare concrete under rubber mats holds moisture and smell; a coated slab under the mats stays dry and sanitizable, and open areas — rig zones, turf borders, lobbies — get a bright solid-color or flake polyaspartic floor that mops clean. For home gyms in basements, a micro-flake floor is warmer-looking than bare slab and takes rubber tiles on top.

We also coat backyard and community sport courts with textured, UV-stable systems and stripe them for pickleball, basketball or multi-use.

FAQ

Questions we get about gym, fitness & sport court coatings

Do I still need rubber mats?

Yes, under free-weight and drop zones. The coating keeps the slab beneath dry and clean; the rubber absorbs impact.

Can you stripe a backyard court?

Yes — we install a textured UV-stable coating over the slab and stripe it for pickleball, basketball or both.

Will sanitizer dull the floor?

No. Polyaspartic resists daily quaternary and alcohol-based cleaners.

What about turf areas?

We coat the slab and terminate cleanly at the turf edge so the transition stays tight.
